How do you remove the opt-out link for employees?


I'm sending a one-off (research core) survey to my employee base. How do I remove the opt-out link as I do not want anyone to be able to opt-out of receiving internal employee surveys!? My email message says I have to have one and I can't figure out how to make it disappear or not show up.

Hi All, Looks like I was able to disable based on Qualtrics account settings since we are only sending employee surveys.

Hi @mward_333, You cannot remove Opt-out link from email distribution. If possible go ahead using EE template for your survey. You can find more information on Opt-out from here. Thanks, Bhushan

I just make it a space, rather than text, and make it tiny. No one has ever found it, haha. However, I do make sure before any large survey to explicitly check that list of people and ensure they are all opted in.

Anyone know how mmward_333 was able to disable the opt-out link in account settings? We only use these surveys internally and would like to remove the opt-out link.
