Why might a participation rate widget and a participation rate table get damaged when adding filters to the dashboard?

It should be noted that the applied filter originally had 9 values and was recoded to 2 values. That is where the issue occurs.

Hi @YenMejia_Voce ,

The issue with the participation rate widget and table is likely due to the recoding of metadata fields. You cannot filter these widgets by recoded metadata. To resolve this, you can either:

  1. Edit the metadata field values in the participant window to match the recoded values.
  2. Add a new metadata field with the recoded values and map it to your dashboard.

For more details you can refer to Participation Summary Widget (EX) & Response Rate Table Widget (EX) support pages.

Thank you!
