Is there any process to have Stars instead of multiple choices

A star rating question is a type of slider question. Slider questions can be used in surveys and 360 projects but no other Employee Experience projects per this site:

Because Star ratings, while visually engaging, might introduce interpretation variability (e.g., a "3-star" rating could mean different things to different people) and it’s fit CX project better for fast feedback. A explicitly labeled scales is showing your employee the seriousness of the EX survey.
