What is the Learn Qualtrics Live Series?

The Learn Qualtrics Live series consists of free, live technical trainings designed for beginner and intermediate Qualtrics users. During each event, attendees will have an opportunity to join breakout rooms where our experts will provide training on a variety of Qualtrics’ features and products. In this session, attendees will be able to join expert-led breakout rooms on the following topics:

• Fundamentals of Building a Survey
• Fundamentals of XM Directory
• Fundamentals of CX Dashboards
• Fundamentals of Employee Engagement
• Fundamentals of Text iQ

Topics will rotate throughout the year. Space for this event is limited to ensure a quality learning environment.

What can I expect from joining this event?

You can expect free product training in a group setting led by one of our experts. You will have the opportunity to select the topic you would like to learn more about. The agenda will run as follows:

1. Welcome and key Qualtrics updates (10 minutes)
2. Breakout room sessions (60 minutes)
3. Your resources and closing (5 minutes)

Will the session be recorded and available after the event?

The event will be recorded; however, it will only be made available to registrants. Resources shown during the event will also be made available in the Qualtrics XM Community.

What languages will be supported during the live event?

Sessions held for AMR, APJ, and EMEA will be presented in English, while the LAC session will be held in Spanish. During the sessions presented in English, Zoom’s closed captioning feature will be enabled to support captions translated to over 20 additional languages.
