I am the Director of Claims Experience at Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.  I’ve been with Farm Bureau for 11 years, but only in the claims world for just 1 ½ years.  We have recently expanded into Washington and have some exciting initiatives in the works. I look forward to learning more about all the great things that Qualtrics can do to break down the data we’re gathering.

Hi everyone! I’m Matt Phillips, Customer Insights Manager for EMEA/APAC at Dexcom, a healthcare company dedicated to improving diabetes management through continuous glucose monitoring. I’ve been using Qualtrics for the past 7 years across multiple roles, and while I’m well-versed in building surveys, dashboards, and reports, my true passion lies in connecting customer experience to business outcomes.

One of my proudest achievements has been elevating our VoC program by linking customer and employee feedback—demonstrating that happier employees truly do create better customer experiences. This insight empowered leadership to remove barriers and make it easier for teams to deliver delight. I also led the successful merger of two legacy VoC programs into a unified initiative, guiding the new team through the transition.

Looking forward to learning from this community and sharing ideas that drive impact!
