We are still fairly new to Qualtrics course eval and have a question about the reminder messages. My setup shows no Subject or Message chosen (see screenshot), but when I select these and click Create, then go back into check, they have all reverted. Does anyone else have this issue? If yes, is it normal? Or does it mean they are not sending?

So when you click on the down arrow do you see any subjects or Message? If no go to your library and create the subject and the messages. I copy and edit for each subject line and messages to match the information for the semester that I want the students to see.
@Linda_charlton yes, as I stated I have chosen both and clicked Create. When I go back in to confirm they are set, they have reverted to “Select one” again. Did you check your setup today? Do yours show the message you’ve selected?

Hi @brookel, I did submit a ticket and was asked to submit a Product Idea to change where the view for these messages resides. Currently, if you click on “Delete automation reminders” you will see the reminder messages you have set up...but who would think to click “delete” to view a message??
I’ve had this happen too. it seems to not pick up the newly selected subject or message, but the correct selected subject & message end up being sent (sometimes or when the system updates in the next run or day). may be the system is too slow to pick it up? idk
I would recommend sending a test reminder with your selected subject & message to see what you receive.
