1. Under Tools section i am not able to see the "Setup link to the salesforce" option in salesforce.

2. Similarly, not able to select the salesforce in the task under action tab.

FYI, my qualtrics account is an upgraded account.

Hey @Rahulavinash! It sounds like this issue was in regards to your salesforce permissions! If other community members are experiencing a similar issue, be sure to check with your Brand Admin to see if this is included in your license.
