I am mapping to a record, but I keep getting the following error message in the debug email: "Error creating new Survey_Response__c, error: invalid cross reference id(INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY)" What's happening?
Hey @Barnaby! This happens if you try to map back IDs of records that do not exist inside the organization that your account is linked to. To fix this, you can relink your account to the correct Salesforce organization.
