Hello,

We are building out a VOC program which has multiple surverys across different channels.

Is there a way in dashboards to bring all the text responses into a single field for analysis?

 

Or if not any good work arounds to display the information in a way that we can try and view it holistically?

You can map the questions from different surveys under one field.

I don’t think it’s ideal that I have to create a dashboard to perform a search for key topics across multiple fields from multiple surveys.  In my mind, users nowadays expect large sets of data to be organized for them and easily searchable. This seems a bit cumbersome and outdated to me. Just my two cents!
