I have a metric that divides customers into three groups by spend: micro, small, and Medium

And I have verbatims in response to the overall question, likeliness to recommend.

I would like to create a customer profile for each of the segments based on the top mentions for each spend group to understand if there are things that are more important to one group than to the other.

How can I do that?
