Trend Multiple Surveys in Crosstabs

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

I’m looking to compare results from 2-3 surveys (deployed annually) using crosstabs (in order to run stats testing). Any ideas on how I can do this? I do not need to track by respondent.

Hello @Michelle17

I would suggest to map those 3 surveys in a dashboard just to have all the three data sources together and use stats iq, because as I understand Crosstabs is a menu only available in the data&analysis interface and you can nor join data sources here.

https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/getting-started-vocalize/dashboard-overview/

and for stats iq you can find here how to use it https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/stats-iq-in-cx-dashboards/

hope it works!!

Thanks - unfortunately our account does not include dashboards. Before I explore changing that, would I be able to test for statistical difference in CSAT/NPS across years? I’m familiar with StatsiQ but don’t recall being able to run that - currently using Crosstabs for that.

You could build a large dummy survey (one survey to rule them all, that will never be distributed) and import all the responses into that one survey. I imagine you’d just have to make sure the different surveys’ results have some kind of additional field showing which survey they’re from.
