Job Summary: The role provides functional and business assistance to identify, analyze, evaluate, and assist in driving guest improvement initiatives through data analysis which create an extraordinary guest experience across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, self-motivated, professional leader who works well within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 ·        Utilizes Qualtrics to analyze guest and colleague feedback from all sports & entertainment properties: Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, Fox Theatre, DTE Energy Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, and Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium (Lakeland, FL)
·        Utilizes Qualtrics to create surveys, dashboards, and visualizations for all sports & entertainment properties
·        Ensure data is being evaluated, analyzed and addressed through Qualtrics’ Stats iQ and Text iQ programs to help drive performance, sales, recognition, etc.
·        Identify trends, pain points and areas of opportunity and growth from the guest, colleague, and partner perspectives
·        Ensure deficient KPIs correlating to NHL/MLB/NBA league surveys are being addressed
·        Assist in heading up monthly reporting analysis meetings with all major departments
·        Analyze and understand the current processes and procedures of the organization, then work to improve them in terms of efficiency and productivity
·        Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades across all Sports & Entertainment properties
·        Design quality control procedures to maximize productivity and reduce wastefulness
·        Assist in guest and colleague journey mapping and focus groups
·        Assists in oversight of full- and part-time colleague recognition
 
Supplemental Job Functions:
·   Performs other duties as assigned.
 Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management or related field.
·        Minimum 3 years consumer research experience (e.g., surveys, segmentation / personas development, focus groups, etc.). Experience with the Qualtrics platform preferred
·        Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills with a natural curiosity to get into the details.
·        Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards.
·        Ability to develop fresh approaches and innovate as appropriate.
·        Able to translate guest needs into business solutions using creative problem solving.
·        Ability to work independently, be self-sufficient, and work productively with minimal supervision.
·        Highly organized, meticulous, and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work.
·        Persuasive public speaking and presentation skills.
·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Collaborative disposition with a proven ability to influence leadership.
·        Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse workforce.
·   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
·   Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
·   Ability to handle highly confidential information.
·   Must have ability to receive directions and requests from multiple sources.
  Working Conditions:

  1. Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  2. Exposure to moderate - high noise level.

  3. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

  4. Frequent visual/auditory attention.

  5. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.

While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is regularly exposed to a facility environment, outside weather conditions, extreme cold/heat, chemicals, electricity, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places; and fumes or airborne particles.
