Hi everyone --
My team is looking for a Qualtrics Specialist to join our team at Valley Bank. We're in the early stages of building out listening programs along several key journeys people and businesses frequent. Come help us better understand what people need from their banking partner and how they think about their finances.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as main point of contact for the technical implementation, progress, issue resolution and tracking of Qualtrics listening programs.

  • Design and document functional and technical requirements by working with experience strategists, researchers and product managers to understand timelines and scope of work.

  • Develop and manage projects end-to-end including but not limited to survey production, dashboard builds, iQ suite (e.g., Text iQ & Stats iQ), digital intercepts, automated workflows, system notifications, and analysis reports.

  • Clearly communicate solutions and timelines back to stakeholders.

  • Train and teach the organization on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions, continuously learning and expanding domain expertise.

  • Develop quality management plans and principles for the team to adopt to ensure successful delivery, deployment and monitoring of programs.
