We are looking for a Marketing Research Analyst to join the Strategic Research side of our Guest Insights team near Denver, CO. This individual is responsible for ensuring the success of custom, strategic research projects through a detail-oriented lens. Primary responsibilities include questionnaire finalization, survey programming, data quality assurance, and report preparation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Apply research best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy through the design, execution, analysis, and reporting phases.
- SPSS data cleaning and exploratory analysis - manipulation, consolidation, correlation, tabulation - with appropriate statistics.
- Partner in the development of survey questionnaires for quantitative projects and discussion guides for qualitative research.
- Program online surveys, manage sample requests, and manage projects throughout data collection.
- Ensure project alignment from project ideation through insight delivery.
- Fulfil research data requests as information needs emerge in a very dynamic company.
- Manage relationships and projects with external research suppliers when applicable.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a social science, statistics, or business field.
- Three years of experience in survey/market research – specialist, associate, analyst, or similar role.
- Possesses a basic understanding of the entire research process, with a working knowledge of, sampling, questionnaire design/logic, data cleaning, and data tabulation.
- Data driven & highly objective, able to crunch the numbers, challenge assumptions, and present personal perspective (test administered during interview process).
- Proficiency with SPSS statistical software for data manipulation and cleaning.
- Basic statistical knowledge, with ability to run correlations, explain confidence levels, etc.
- Exceptional proofreading and data quality control skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize time effectively, with flexibility and precision under aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to work independently taking the initiative to explore challenges and offer solutions.
- Consummate team player who brings a passionate, positive, high-energy approach to client service and delivering results.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Intermediate level of expertise in SPSS to clean and analyze data.
- Experience programming with Qualtrics or similar online survey software.
- Microsoft Office familiarity, especially with Outlook and Power Point visualization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, understand, and comprehend English fluently.
- Comfortable interacting with the highest levels of the company.
- Some travel to mountain resorts required.
The budgeted range starts at $56,000 - $67,400. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
