Quadra Chemicals is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Manager. We are currently looking for an innovative leader to fill the role of Customer Experience (CX) Manager. This person will be reporting to the President and will also be an active member of the Corporate Leadership Team. The Customer Experience Manager's major responsibilities will be built on Quadra’s customer engagement by driving change to improve internal efficiency, reduce pain points and further elevate our customer focus. This person will also have overall corporate responsibility for the Customer Service Department, in Canada and the USA.
