Qualtrics is looking for a Senior CX XM Scientist - Global CX Center of Excellence. As a CX XM Scientist in the Qualtrics internal global Customer Experience (CX) Center of Excellence, you’ll be a critical catalyst of change to deliver on our CX vision and strategy. You will use your expertise to collaborate across the organization to ensure Qualtrics is listening to and understanding the needs, perceptions, and expectations of its customers and partners and using those insights to drive actions that improve experiences and drive loyalty. You will use research-based approaches to design forward-thinking transactional and relationship programs to support the needs of the business and provide direction on how to mature Qualtrics’ own CX efforts in innovative, yet practical ways.
