It’s an exciting time for Consumer Insights at Lincoln, as we are growing and shaping the consumer insights practice and its impact in the organization. We are looking for a Voice of the Customer Specialist, who will support the development, execution and ongoing management of Lincoln’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs. Working in the VoC Center of Expertise, the specialist role will support internal partners across the enterprise to develop effective strategies for listening to our customers through a variety of channels and methods, and ensuring that the customer feedback we receive is used to drive action in the business. As a member of our VoC team, the specialist will support customer journey research, closed-feedback loop programs, satisfaction tracking, customer data analytics, etc. A successful candidate will design and manage both qualitative and quantitative research, analysis and reporting on Lincoln’s customers and employees including surveys, digital listening posts, in-depth interviews, advisory councils, online communities/panels, etc.
