Spirit Airlines is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its growing Guest Insights & Strategy team! The role is based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. Here are some additional details.
OVERVIEW
The Sr. Analyst, Guest Insights will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic projects that generate actionable customer insights for business units across the company. In this role, you will be performing hands on analysis of passenger data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization, both for the marketing team and cross functional business partners, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing customer data to create customer profiles, segmentation, and trending analyses, LTV modeling and response analysis.
Monitors the Guest journey of Spirit passengers to identify key opportunities for improvement, and delivers data-validated recommendations to key stakeholders.
Applies advanced analytics to answer customer-related questions relevant to the business.
Collaborates with multiple departments, including Loyalty, Marketing, Revenue Management, IT, Operations, and Guest-facing work-groups to identify opportunities to make Guest data more accessible and to help apply Guest insights for better decision-making.
Consolidate Guest insights from a variety of sources (e.g. transaction data, surveys, inbound calls, campaign responses, service issues, etc.) to provide a more comprehensive and consistent view of the Guest.
Present findings of research and analysis to all key stakeholders.
Assist in identifying which analytical tools should be used to answer different types of questions.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
3-5 years of experience with the following:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and other programming languages preferred
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Ability to drive projects to completion and meet demanding deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate and work with diverse business groups
Ability to perform Guest data analysis using complex data sets
Understanding of Guest data and interactions specific to the airline as well as Guest experience management best practices across industries
