Action Planning Permissions: The permission Use action plans is now a dashboard-by-dashboard permission instead of a project-wide permission. This lets you give access to some dashboards’ action plans without having to give access to them all.

Engagement Headlines Widget: New widget for Engagement and EX 25 dashboards. This widget is designed to present key metrics to managers in a simple and engaging way that allows them to quickly identify areas of opportunity and celebration. Managers can easily create action plans and idea boards based on the insights surfaced in this widget.

EX Healthcare Benchmark: The EX healthcare benchmark can be added to EX dashboards using the benchmark editor. This new Qualtrics benchmark allows healthcare organizations to track their metrics versus peer organizations.

Participant Portal: The interface for the participant portal in 360 projects has been updated with a streamlined experience and accessibility improvements.

Workflows

API Authentication for Jira Workflows: API tokens can now be used as an authentication method when connecting to your Jira account for use in a Jira Task or Jira Event.

Auto Retry Options for Task Failures: New setting for workflows that allows you to control how tasks in your workflow will be retried if they fail.

Create Experience iD Sample Task: New task in workflows. This task allows you to create samples of contacts to use within a workflow. This sample can then be referenced in subsequent workflow tasks.

Output Search Within Workflow Run History: You can now search workflow run history based on task output values. Typing in a keyword or value will return a list of runs that contain that keyword or value. Search is not currently available for all task types.

Salesforce Outbound Message Event: A new event in Workflows that allows you to trigger a Qualtrics workflow based on Flow conditions being met in Salesforce. This event replaces the “Salesforce Workflow Rule Event” and contains the same functionality with notable improvements.

Lifecycle

Emails (Lifecycle): The interface for sending email messages in Lifecycle projects has been updated with several notable improvements. You can now send emails to a participant’s personal email address and you can include an inline email question in your email. You can still schedule single and recurring project invites and reminders. Please note that this feature replaces Lifecycle Message Automations. The support site content for this feature will be published on September 20.
