Directories

  • Location Directory Settings: Location directories now have a location settings menu where you can edit, update, and delete location data sources.

EX

  • Employee Led 360 ProjectsA new type of 360 project that allows for more individual flexibility. Employees can opt-in to receiving 360 feedback, choose who’d they’d like to receive feedback from, and decide when they’d like to receive feedback based on their individual development goals. 

  • Engagement Headlines Widget: The algorithm used to calculate strengths and opportunities has been improved. This update only applies to engagement headlines widgets in newly created dashboards; widgets in existing dashboards have not been updated.

Journeys

  • Employee Journey Analytics and CrossXM Analytics: The backend data infrastructure for Employee Journey Analytics and CrossXM Analytics projects has been updated to the new data modeler. Only newly created projects can use the new data modeler. Existing projects will be placed in an “Archived” state and will have limited functionality.

  • Authentication Organization Settings: A new section of organization setting used to control the login experience for your Qualtrics users. These settings allow you to enforce two-factor authentication and control your login URL. Two-factor authentication will be enabled by default for all new Qualtrics brands. Additionally, SSO settings for SAML and OAuth 2.0 connections have been moved to this section.  
  • Interaction Report: A new report for Brand Administrators that shows the interaction consumption for your Qualtrics license. This detailed view of your data consumption allows for greater transparency into your license usage. Interactions can be survey responses, online reviews, video screen captures, and more. Please note that this report is currently only available for single product or single suite CX and Strategy & Research licenses on the new simplified pricing and packaging plans.

  • Invoice Payment for Online PanelsNew “Pay later” option in the Online Panels checkout screen allows users to send an invoice via email.

Discover

  • Machine Learning Sentiment (Discover): Machine learning evaluates the positivity/negativity of text and assigns sentiment labels to sentences across all supported languages. If it is enabled, this kind of sentiment replaces the previous rules-based approaches.

  • In-Depth Interviews: This project type allows you to conduct remote live moderated sessions with respondents. You can manage bookings, conduct interviews, and access and analyze your recordings all in one place.

Strategic UX

  • Moderated User Testing: This project type allows you to conduct user research through remote live moderated sessions with respondents. You can manage bookings, conduct interviews, and access and analyze your recordings all in one place. This project also includes the new Interview Selector question type.
