I am designing a survey for Hotel/Resort guests. It’s possible these guests may visit multiple times throughout the year. If so, I want them to be able to take the survey multiple times, once for each unique reservation numbers, which will be passed in through the link.
Any idea how I should set this up? I want to turn OFF prevent multiple submissions, and validate using the unique reservation number instead. Am I overthinking this? Will I achieve this effect if I turn ON prevent multiple submissions?
