I have a survey that seems to have a fairly high “in progress” list of responses. I’d like to automate an email to the “in progress” group reminding them to reenter the survey and complete their answers. I don’t want the incomplete responses to be recorded until after they have been completed. Does anyone know how to create a workflow for surveys that are “in progress”?

Currently, the platform doesn't support using the 'In-Progress' status to trigger emails to customers. Instead, I recommend utilizing 'Reminders.' If someone starts the survey but doesn't finish it, their status will be shown as 'in progress' and they will receive a reminder. For further details, please refer to the link provided:
