I need to understand how to deal with multiple distributions for a survey.
I’d sent emails for all the contacts on my directory for the first time. But now I need to send a different email (different content) for 4 samples of my directory for which I’d already created the corresponding samples.
I think I will break the response status for each contact, I mean I will no longer have one unique status for each External Data Reference in my directory.
My question is, how can I do to send those 4 distributions with different content each one in order to keep the unique response status for each contact id?
