What is the easiest way to copy over a long list of answer choices (e.g., names of every city in the state) to a new survey?

I have a dashboard where each of my employees can see their CSAT scores over the past week. I don't want them to be able to see each other's scores. Do I have to restrict their data manually every time I share? Is there any way for me to allow them to still see department-wide averages so they know how they compare?

When creating a sample, how do I make sure that the samples are distinct and don’t have overlaps?

We recently added a new "Event Type" code to our survey (as Embedded Data) and I would like to go back and add this information to responses collected in 2016. In the past, I have done this for a few responses by "retaking" them with the Embedded Data value appended to a query string in the link. However, this changes the "Recorded Date" for the response which isn't acceptable for this project as it is a longitudinal study. Any other way I can add this field to old responses?

Today I made some edits (added questions) to a survey I distributed last week. However, the respondents that I've talked to since making the changes are still seeing the old version of the survey. What is going on?
