Is there a way to customize the initial unsubscribe message when clicking on the Opt-Out link?

In Qualtrics, I know there's a way to configure subscription messages as explained here: Qualtrics Directory Messages. However, I can't seem to find a way to customize the first message that appears when someone clicks on the Opt-Out link.

This one:

Does anyone know if this is possible, or if there are any workarounds?

I use a survey for optouts rather than standard optout link (I have it hidden is super small white font at the bottom of the message since it’s required by Qualtrics). The optout survey link URL has appended embedded data fields for list name, email, etc. In that survey, I give option to remove from all future feedback requests, reminders for this particular request, or resubsribe. Then through workflows, I update our CRM or unsubscribe from the list in the directory. However, I haven’t found a way to unsubscribe from the whole directory through the workflow. So I have the workflow send me an email and process manually. Wish this last piece could be automated so if anyone knows a way, let me know.

As of now their isn’t any option to change that message. You can always raise a feature request for this.

Thanks @Shashi,

I have put the idea into the "evolve" portal, I hope it will be developed soon.

It is important, because for the other messages in the directory it is possible to make branding adjustments and missing that particular message being the first one, it does not fit well in the flow and does not allow us to fully add the "branding" that the client requests in their messages.

For last step, we can simply first use this api to get contactid and then use this api to opt them out.

Thanks @InessaG , I used a similar method with a survey for this and when I receive the response I trigger a WF.
After looking for the contact by the Webservice task using the API indicated by @Shashi , I use this task “Update XM Directory Contacts Task”. To update the OPT in the directory. Maybe this kind of approach can help you, as both of you helped me.

Thank you

@saelluz and @Shashi - thanks both, I got this to work with the two webservice tasks. You saved me sooo much time moving forward. Thanks!
