Have a customer who may want to load and send invites themselves through Qualtrics . They have rules that we apply before loading our mailing lists each day. For example, if manager field is blank, we don’t send the invite. Is there a way to add a custom rule like this within the Qualtrics platform? I only see options regarding deduping or merging and no ability to suppress a record for any other reason?

Navigate to the "Custom Rules" section within the contact list settings. Here, you can define rules to filter out records based on specific criteria, such as the manager field being blank. You can usually achieve this by setting up a condition like "Manager is not blank" or "Manager is not equal to [blank]".

If you are loading the mailing list via contact import automation then we can add rules in the associated distribution automation.
