Carry forward choices from multiple matrices into one question?

I am trying to make a question that displays answer choices from multiple matrices that were previously asked. Specifically, the question would only pull statements from each matrix if it was answered with a specific scale point within that matrix, and each statement pulled would be its own answer choice in the question. It seems I can’t use carry forward since that only works if I want to pull from a single matrix. When I tried doing piped text, it put multiple answer choices from each matrix (if more than one statement was answered with that specific scale point within the matrix) into one answer choice. Is there a way to do this without Javascript? I am not a coder, so I don’t think I would be able to write a code for this.
