Hi, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.
After creating an email I have sent bunch of test emails to see if my custom fields are working. Account still lists 26/200 allowed outgoing emails - this is enough for me. But when I try to send the survey to 168 contacts, I get an error saying that I am over my weekly quota. This does not make sense, since I still should have 174 emails left.
There is no other place where can I report this or ask for help. If my quota is lower, how to determine how much is it actually if the account reports 26/200?
