Dashboard Widget - Filtering Custom Metric To Only Display Certain Scores

Hello XM Community!  I am new here and look forward to what this forum has to offer.  I’m hopeful that someone can give me insight how to tackle a problem that I’m encountering.I have a custom CX metric where I am displaying customer scores using the horizontal bar chart dashboard widget.  This custom metric is an average of top to box scores across four questions, and I am wanting to display customers that are greater than X% in one widget, and customers less than X% in another widget.  Unfortunately, I am not finding a way to filter this custom metric to display as I had hoped.  Using the Top/Bottom N Values does not achieve what I am looking for, as the surveys remain active, and results may be returned in both top/bottom widgets, which I do not want. Any thoughts?  Thanks in advance!-Nathan

Since your survey is active, you can create the embedded data in the survey flow based on the condition (if Q1 <81%) set the value. if not set another value.NOTE: this will catches only future responsesFor the recorded responses use the filter in the data and analysis and set the value.Then, you can use this embedded data in the dashboard.
