I’ve watched a few youtube video about quotas, but I’m not finding how to do this.
We have a number of audits we need to complete per month. Audit-duty is assigned to random nurses daily, so keeping track of our quota is a tricky process. We don’t want nurses wasting time completing 100 audits for instrument cleaning protocol, when only 30 per month is required.
Is there a way to tell qualtrics that once 30 audits are submitted for July to shut down the survey until Augst first? And maybe display a message, “The required number of audits for this month has been reached. This survey will open again on the first day of next month.”
