In my survey I have a question asking how many dinner guests attending. (currently set up as a slider, max option is 10)
The next question I need to be a form field asking for each guests name and email.
So if my 1st question is answered saying 5 dinner guests I would then like the next question to display exactly 5 name spaces and 5 emails on the form field. Ideally I would like to set the form field up like a matrix table style where each row would represent a guest and would A would be name and column B would be email (currently I have it set up as a side by side with with 10 statements).
I have display logic set just for #s 1-3, but it’s not working as I would expect (see screenshots)
