Dynamic assignment of Ticket Owner

Hi Team,We are seeking assistance with the dynamic assignment of ticket owners. We have a total of 265 dealers, with one dealer assigned to each city. Our objective is to automatically assign the appropriate dealer as the owner of a ticket based on customer feedback from their respective city, ensuring they can manage and resolve the ticket efficiently.We would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this requirement. Regards,Nikeeta
