Hi Team,

We are seeking assistance with the dynamic assignment of ticket owners. We have a total of 265 dealers, with one dealer assigned to each city. Our objective is to automatically assign the appropriate dealer as the owner of a ticket based on customer feedback from their respective city, ensuring they can manage and resolve the ticket efficiently.

We would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this requirement.

Considering the large number of dealers you have, you might want to look into a SDS (supplemental data source) based on a dealer ID to pull in the information needed to assign and populate your tickets : https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/sds/supplemental-data-in-the-survey-flow/

I have just followed the instructions here Tickets Task and it worked brilliantly. We now have tickets assigned automatically across a large number of sites with no manual intervention required. Thank you ​@vgayraud for linking to this.
