We are seeking assistance with the dynamic assignment of ticket owners. We have a total of 265 dealers, with one dealer assigned to each city. Our objective is to automatically assign the appropriate dealer as the owner of a ticket based on customer feedback from their respective city, ensuring they can manage and resolve the ticket efficiently.
We would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this requirement.
I have just followed the instructions here Tickets Task and it worked brilliantly. We now have tickets assigned automatically across a large number of sites with no manual intervention required. Thank you @vgayraud for linking to this.
