"Export data" not possible - why?

I am working on a survey that was shared with me by a collaborator. For some reason, instead of the usual "Import and Export" button under the "Data and Analysis" tab I only see a "Import data" button. See attached screenshot.
Same problem for my collaborator
What is going on here? Is there any other way to download the data?

Hi there! MatthewM is right - if you are using a trial account your permissions may be limited. Also, be sure to check with the survey owner to see if they enabled the correct collaboration permissions to allow you to export data!
