How do I set my survey to send PDFs of the results in the same layout as the survey?

I created a survey in to represent a quarterly check list for several locations. I would like the results of each survey in the form of a pdf that will be in the same layout as the survey. I do not want an excel spread sheet or a graph report of my surveys. Simply one PDF per survey that perhaps can be auto emailed to me once completed. Please assist.

I think you can use Response Reports in the Actions tab: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-module/email-task/#ResponseReport

This seems to have worked although my survey has the option of uploading an image and requires a signature. Both of which will not display in the PDF. The rest however looks good so I'll put together a few work arounds for now. Thanks for the answer.
