How to manage many forms with many creators within one team

Hi all! We previously used MachForm to manage our forms but we are looking into utilizing Qualtrics since Qualtrics will better fit our needs. 

 

Some background to help explain: I have a team of 6 people - 3 of which are student workers. We currently have our entire Web Ops team as administrators within MachForm, so any forms created by anybody on our team, we can immediately access and maintain. 

 

Currently with Qualtrics, any forms that I make, I have to share via collaboration to my teammates in order to allow them also be able to maintain those forms. We have close to 300 forms that we maintain and having to share them manually between all our team members (and having to re-share every time we have a student worker graduate) is just not efficient for us.

 

Does anyone use a setup where you have a group with multiple team members within it and you can instantly have access to whatever forms the other people in your group create without having to share or collaborate every time?

Thanks for the update! I’m certain they’ll be able to come up with an effective solution. If you don’t mind posting on here what they recommend it would greatly help out other community members who may find themselves in the same situation 🙌
