Is There a way to reset Ballot Stuffing list?

Can I reset the Ballot Box stuffing?
I have a survey students in a program are taking. There are three times a year students are directed to take this, and the students get an Anonymous link through the class Canvas page. I turned on the option during the first batch to prevent Ballot Box stuffing so that a student didn't accidentally take the survey twice. But now it is the second batch, and I need to allow that a few students that took the survey the first time will need to take it again.
Ideally, I would like to reset the list of cookies/credentials that would be considered duplicates. Is there a way to do that?
There are probably some workarounds, such as duplicating the survey. But ultimately I need to combine responses to analyze/report on them and that would add extra steps.
