Issue with the survey branch while sending out emails based on incident occured | XM Community

Hi all,

I have created a survey it has branch logic so based on contact type they should be able to see that particular block questions only. but now what’s happening it is taking the last incident and showing that same block for all other contact type and showing the incorrect block. I am not sure what is happening.

Please help me with it.

@Vidhi Please provide a screenshot of the display logic. Is it based on embedded data? Where do you define the embedded data? Some more insights would help. 


Hi @chackbusch , yes  we are  getting the ticket data from service now and based on the contact type we are sending out the survey. 


@Vidhi I would need to know how exactly you set up your branch/display logic to assist further.
