Hello!
I create a survey in Qualtrics, which I disseminated through Prolific in the UK. My target was 600, which has now been hit in Prolific. However, only 570 data points are showing in Qualtrics and there are no “responses in progress” in the database. There are also datapoints that are not complete (and were screened out by prolific), which are showing in 570 number, so the actual number of missing data points is greater than 30.
I do not believe this is an issue with Prolific because the url redirected to Qualtrics. They’ve also shared their “why data may not be displaying in your external vendor” and the reasons do not match. For example, time delays could be an issue. However, 599 responses were completed last night, with one this morning. This morning’s response was registered in Qualtrics.
Has anyone had this issue and could offer a solution? I’ve contacted customer support in Qualtrics but they’re claiming its Prolific’s issue because they can’t find an “anomaly”, even though I do not believe this is the case (for reasons outlined above).
