We are a consultancy.  We have created a survey on behalf of a customer.  Now that the survey is completed, we have a requirement to delete all of the related data (contact lists, etc) from the platform.

Is there any logging in the system that I can share with my customer that contact lists have been deleted?  Or a whole survey is deleted?

 

I think there is no such log create for deleted survey or contact list for regular Qualtrics users. You should reach out to Qualtrics support team. I think, they can provide your all these details even they rollback your delete activity. 


You can create a log in/setup an account for the customer to allow them to look into Qualtrics to validate this.

Else, you can record a short video where you navigate through the platform and show that the data has been removed.

Alternatively, Admin tab would also show the list of projects that are currently present in the platform.
