In our survey we carry across some data from Salesforce to Qualtrics via query strings.
We do not have salesforce integration setup at this time due to some organisational barriers.
One embedded data field is the system ID for the agent who initiated the call.
I’d like to import the IDs and Names as a seperate dataset and match them to the embedded data.
Is this possible and how would I go about matching the two sets together for use in a dashboard?
