Public link to new results tab pages? | XM Community

Currently there is an option in the old version of Results to create a public link to a results report to share. I see the option on the new Results tab to send an email with a page that includes a link to the dashboard. I don’t think that link is public (or maybe I’m wrong). Does anyone know if there is a way in the new Results to create public links to dashboards?

Not very sure about the email dashboard link is public or not. 

When I tried it on test email, it required me to login.

 

However, when you click on the “Settings” (Gear icon) and “Manage Public Dashboard”, there is a link available.

That link seems to be public.

Thanks for that! That’s probably my solution but for some reason, I don’t have that option in my settings menu.
 

Any idea why I wouldn’t have that option? Does it require a specific type of account?

The Public Results Dashboard feature “can only be enabled for State & Local Governments and Academic research products.” Support Page.

If you are not in a Government or Academic brand, the support page also says “Please have a Brand Administrator reach out to Account Services if you are interested in this feature.”, so could be worth asking.

 ​@bnb The best solution we have found for our purposes is to send an email that includes the dashboard as a PDF. If you click the download button in the upper right of the dashboard, it gives you an option to email the dashboard. When you send the email, it attaches a PDF of the dashboard pages. There’s an option in the email menu to include a link to the dashboard, so I just deselect that before sending because for us it’s not a public link.
