I am not able to find out if I have set anything up incorrectly in my survey in regards to the e-mail triggers, or if the error lies in something else.
In my survey, I have several different branches. After completing the survey and hitting the submit button, I have e-mail triggers set up to go to a specific e-mail inbox. Two of the e-mail triggers are similar, but not the same. I hope the below picture is sufficient to show this. Everytime I complete the survey and I select I’m a postgraduate applicant and I want to change my intake, this e-mail trigger is sent twice to my designated inbox. The same happens for the other trigger, which is for when I select I’m a postgraduate applicant and I want to change my program preferences.
I have several other triggers set up and they all work fine, and are only e-mailed once.
Am I missing something here?
