You can schedule reminders in your distribution tab if you previously use email distribution to send out the survey links since the emails are send out by Qualtrics with unique individual links. Reminder & Thank You Emails
Thank you @Chee Heng_SZ and @Juan Zapata for these helpful responses. I understand that the above information is related to sending reminder emails for surveys that are incomplete. How about for sending out surveys for repeated measures?
For instance, in a repeated-measures study, participants are often surveyed or tested multiple times across different sessions hence the phrase repeated measure. The intent is to measure or analyze how responses evolve over time or under different conditions. This can include:
- Repeating the Same Survey: Sending the exact same survey to participants multiple times (e.g., on Day 1, Week 2, and Month 1) to see how their answers change over time.
-
Adjusting the Survey Slightly: Using similar surveys for each session, but making small changes to the questions to better fit the session's focus, helping track progress or specific changes in what you're measuring.
@Juan Zapata This is for the same project, which involves multiple surveys conducted over a one-week timeframe. For example, we’re measuring participants’ responses on Day 1, then again a few days later, and finally at the end of the week—across three separate surveys. How should I export and analyze their results collectively across all three sessions?
