Ability to calculate the resolution time on dashboard excluding the weekends and public holidays.

  • Please explain the intended use case. Why is this important? How can it make your experience better?

The ticket's due date must exclude the weekends and public holidays. This enables the business to monitor the ticket without taking into account the ticket status excluding the days when ticket resolver is on leave. This will help to improve the ticket resolution timeline for the business.

This is essential for reporting to management ticket resolution time. It’s impossible right now to create a widget that will calculate correctly because it counts the weekends or holidays and there is no possible way to edit the calculation as is. 


Any new ideas on how to achieve this??

I was suggesting that you could share the idea ​@MSIG life posted in their original comment (Ability to calculate the resolution time on dashboard excluding the weekends and public holidays.) to Evolve where customer ideas are shared. Unfortunately @MSIG life hasn't been active for about a year, so I thought I'd suggest it to you instead. More votes could increase the chances of the idea being prioritized.
