Hi all!

I want to make a survey where people interact with a chatbot on a different website. After that chat I want them to go back to the same survey and answer some questions about the chatbot. 

 

I want to make sure users are automatically directed to the chatbot, so that they do not have to click on some separate link. How do I do that?

 

And how can I make sure they go back to the survey and answer the follow up questions?

In general, using the Save and Continue feature of Qualtrics it is possible to direct a respondent to another website then return to the same place in the survey. However, the specifics of making it work smoothly are complicated and dependent on the capabilities of the other website.
