Dear all

I have a problem in making my survey in Persian. I know we can use the translation in Qualtrics, but I wonder whether there’s a possibility to customize the language into Persian (Farsi) before creation of a survey. Or Quadratics just allows us to translate the survey. The problem is that the translation (from English to Farsi) is not accurate.

Although I do not have any problem with the question itself, I have got the issue on the responses since in Persian language the writing is from right to left; but here in Quadratics just left to right has defined even when we use the reverse option, it is only work in English not in different language.  For me, it is very important to reverse the structure from 1 to 5 for instance from right to left.

Does anyone has the same problem or haven’t you got any idea about this issue?

Two things:

  1. You can manually do the translation from English to Persian. You can also modify the automatic translation.
  2. You can use JavaScript to reverse scales in matrix or horizontal multiple choice questions.
