Scoring not available as piped text

I set up scoring for a survey and now I want to use the scoring results as piped text in an email, but scoring does not show in the piped text menu. 

Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hello @BNLCom, 

Firstly, ensure that after setting up the 'Scoring,' you have published it. Then, when setting up the email, you won't be able to directly pipe the score results into the email message. If you wish to include your score in the email template, you'll need to add an 'Embedded Variable' (e.g., Score) and set its value as the score, as illustrated in the screenshot below:

Later on, you can utilize this Embedded Variable to pipe it into the Email template.
