There is an issue I would like to ask for everyone's experience with.
In my country, there is a regulation that businesses are not allowed to send emails to customers containing any website links, to prevent potential fraud. This significantly impacts survey collection on Qualtrics.
With your experience, are there any other ways or channel to send survey invitations to customers without violating the above regulation?

You can send survey invitations via SMS or WhatsApp using Qualtrics built-in options. Alternatively, you can share the survey link on other platforms for distribution. These messages are usually brief, but you can guide respondents to complete the survey within the message itself.
Instead of sharing links via email, you can generate QR codes and distribute them through print media for easy access.
