I am fielding a survey with between 20-30 respondents taking a survey all in one location. Out of each group, about 3 or 4 randomly lose their place in the survey and are sent back to the beginning. There’s no rhyme or reason to where this is taking place. It seems very random. Has anyone seen this problem occur? Is there a solution?

I've never personally encountered this specific issue. While it could be considered a bug or glitch if it occurred once, the fact that it's happening repeatedly suggests a recurring problem. In this case, I recommend reaching out to the Qualtrics support team. Please open a support ticket and let me know if this issue gets resolved.
