We are a non-profit offering more than 150 classes annually. I am creating a post-class survey for one of our classes that is offered multiple times a month. Each class is taught by 2 facilitators who rotate - the same facilitators do not teach each class. 

The survey will be distributed via email to class participants and will include general questions about the class as well as questions about each of the two class facilitators.

My challenge: I need results in a variety of ways including: A. For the class on a specific day, B. For the class over time (e.g. aggregate results for the year), and C: For each facilitator over time. 

I'm new to Qualtrics and I'm not a programmer. I can't figure out how to set-up my contact list(s) so that I can see data over time for each facilitator since facilitators will change for each class. I'd love your ideas!
